Right of Return

Glatz Jewelry allows customers 15 days from the date of delivery to return a product if they are not fully satisfied with their purchase. The return period begins on the day the order is received.

Non-Returnable Items

Special order items and custom-designed pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes any item created, modified, or ordered specifically at the customer’s request.

Return Conditions

Returned merchandise must be in its original, complete condition. Items that are damaged, altered, missing original packaging, or returned with packaging that shows excessive wear beyond normal opening will not be accepted for a refund.

Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in resalable condition.

Shipping and Insurance

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend sending returned items via registered or insured mail and purchasing insurance for the full value of the merchandise. This ensures protection in the event the shipment is lost or damaged while in transit.

Additional Information

All return deadlines are calculated from the date the order is delivered to the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
